We’re living at a time where both collectively and individually our grief is with us at all times. Whether you’re grieving the loss of your life pre-pandemic, relationships, identities, a pet or a loved one, we can use the tools available to us to acknowledge, understand and process our grief.
We will honor our experiences through a shared safe space, meditation, writing, and dialogue to alleviate our grief while forming a more intimate connection to ourselves and to our experiences.
