Many, if not all, of us have experienced grief over the past 18 months— whether it’s the loss of a loved one, grieving the way life used to be, the loss of work, or otherwise. Join us for a grief workshop with IMBY where we will learn about grief and how it affects our wellbeing as we begin to acknowledge and process our own grief. Through presence, reflection, dialogue, and shared space - we will tend to ourselves, our healing, and to each other. This workshop includes writing, meditation, and the opportunity to share your experience if it calls to you (sharing is always optional here at IMBY!). Please arrive with paper and a writing tool.
